About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team. You will play a vital role in making a positive difference in the lives of young people aged 16-18 residing in our homes. Your primary focus will be to assist them in achieving their goals, fostering independence, promoting education, and ensuring their overall well-being.
We believe in empowering young people by actively involving them in all aspects of their lives and decisions. By working collaboratively, we enable them to take control of their future.
As a Support Worker, you will work closely with a dedicated team of colleagues to build strong relationships and trust bonds with the young people residing in our homes. You will guide them in acquiring essential life skills, supporting their transition into adulthood.
Shift Patterns
Our shift patterns are flexible and may vary depending on the needs of the home. Typical shifts include 9am-10pm. We require staff to be available for sleep-in shifts, which typically occur a maximum of three times per week unless you prefer to take on additional shifts.

About You
Essential Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Genuine care and a desire to provide exceptional support to young people
- Ability to maintain accurate records, ensuring all documentation is person-centered, factual, and compliant with regulatory standards
- Commitment to working safely and upholding contractual and regulatory compliance to ensure the safety, trust, and confidence of our young people
- Willingness to participate in training programs and expand your knowledge base
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
- Positive attitude and a problem-solving approach to challenging situations
- Reliability and punctuality
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience working with young people or in the social care field
- Experience with lone working with young people
- Basic knowledge of Ofsted regulations
- Childcare qualification, such as an NVQ
