About the Role

Creative Support is a non-profit provider of personalised care and support services for individuals with learning and physical disabilities. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our residential service in Bromham, Bedford.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support service users in their daily lives, promoting independence and dignity
  • Engage in activities with service users, encouraging them to pursue their interests and goals
  • Provide emotional support and respect personal care needs
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks, including administering medication and paperwork
Requirements

Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism is beneficial, but not essential. We offer comprehensive training to support your growth and development.
