Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day care and support to young people, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist in daily routines to promote their well-being and independence.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and support.

Requirements
  • Commitment to working a shift pattern, including sleep-in duties and overtime, Monday to Sunday.
  • Full UK driving licence.
What You'll Bring
  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference in young people's lives.
  • A willingness to work towards or current qualification in QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
  • Previous experience providing emotional and behavioural support in a professional setting is highly desirable.
