About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Support Worker to join our team at Riverside. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support services to our customers, empowering them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured support and risk management to customers with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with customers to develop and implement personalized support plans
  • Contribute to the delivery of a housing management service, including income collection and tenancy-related support
  • Develop and maintain local partnerships to provide a holistic range of support for customers
  • Carry out day-to-day administration and operational duties

Person Specification

We are looking for someone with:

  • An understanding of the barriers faced by vulnerable and diverse customer groups and individuals with complex needs
  • Experience of delivering structured support and risk management
  • A caring, empathetic, flexible, and resilient attitude
  • Previous experience in positively resolving incidents
  • Demonstrate initiative and confidence to make and act on decisions
