Job Title: Senior Youth Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Youth Support Worker to join our team at Homes2Inspire Ltd, a leading provider of children's homes in the UK.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to take on a leadership role in supporting the management team and ensuring the well-being and safety of children and young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team in directing roles and responsibilities to support workers
  • Monitor children and young people's behavior, safety, and well-being
  • Lead by example, uphold standards, and ensure safeguarding is at the forefront of all decisions
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, children, and young people
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
  • QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • Commitment to working a shift pattern including sleep-in duties and overtime
  • Full UK driving license
