Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive advice and support to employees on a wide range of HR matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support all aspects of recruitment and onboarding.
  • Administer attendance, sickness absence, and holiday allowance, as well as prepare paperwork for starters, leavers, and family leave.
  • Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs and generate reports on HR metrics.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including absence management, long-term sickness, disciplinary, grievances, performance management, and termination procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and make recommendations to directors and relevant managers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • CIPD or similar qualification, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, with a desire to grow within the HR field.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
