Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive advice and support to employees on a wide range of HR matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support all aspects of recruitment and onboarding.
- Administer attendance, sickness absence, and holiday allowance, as well as prepare paperwork for starters, leavers, and family leave.
- Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs and generate reports on HR metrics.
- Manage employee relations cases, including absence management, long-term sickness, disciplinary, grievances, performance management, and termination procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and make recommendations to directors and relevant managers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- CIPD or similar qualification, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, with a desire to grow within the HR field.
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
