As a Financial Accounting Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring precise and timely financial reporting for various entities, thereby contributing to the success of our innovative Operating Model.

This position involves managing complex transactions and statutory reporting across multiple entity codes. Additionally, it encompasses support for projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaboration with Finance Business Partners for escalations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and post recurring and manual journal entries, including intercompany transactions.
  • Oversee accruals and reclassification entries.
  • Conduct reconciliations and address discrepancies across various systems.
  • Process allocations related to payroll costs and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Load budget data into consolidation systems.
  • Analyze and report on variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Support the preparation of local statutory reports and IFRS adjustment calculations.
  • Facilitate internal and external audit requests.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • ACCA/ACA/CPA/CMA qualified, or equivalent experience (3-5+ years in a relevant role).
  • Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate irregular issues and make timely decisions.
  • Organizational agility and capacity to foster strong relationships.
  • Effective collaboration with Finance Business Partners and various Finance Centres of Excellence.
