Customer Arrears Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our Customer Arrears Support Team as a Customer Arrears Resolution Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing solutions to customers facing financial difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers over the phone to discuss outstanding debt or missed payments.
- Utilize a customer-centric approach to offer tailored solutions to customers with diverse financial challenges.
- Recover outstanding customer arrears using problem-solving skills and expertise.
- Deliver a positive outcome for customers in challenging situations.
- Assess the impact of solutions on The Very Group and work within regulatory guidelines.
We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, and prior contact centre experience is not necessary. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
To succeed, you will require empathy, emotional intelligence, and resilience. You will be a great communicator, able to build rapport with customers and create a conversation that helps identify and solve their issues.
You will be adaptable, decisive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, thinking critically to find the best solutions. You will be patient and empathetic towards customers, ensuring a positive outcome for both parties.
You will be driven to deliver exceptional service and follow through with solutions until customers are satisfied.
