About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud Test Manager to join our team at StaffHost digital. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for leading Salesforce testing initiatives and driving the successful implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Salesforce Commerce Cloud transformation initiatives, managing multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Salesforce testing strategies, test plans, and approaches for our organization.
  • Build and manage a high-performing Salesforce testing team, ensuring continuous development and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Drive software performance improvements through script/scenario reviews and execution enhancements.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture, implementation, and integration with other systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and deep understanding of its capabilities.
  • Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments with Scrum teams.
  • Strong background in Test Management, governance, and multi-vendor stakeholder management.
  • Experience setting up Salesforce teams from the ground up.
  • Proficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and creating dashboards/dynamic reports.
