Job Title: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Transformation Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud Transformation Lead to join our team at StaffHost digital. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce Commerce Cloud Transformation: Manage multiple stakeholders and teams to drive Salesforce transformation initiatives.
  • Understand Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements through workshops and stakeholder sessions.
  • Drive Salesforce Design and Implementation: Ensure end-to-end architecture functionality and drive software performance improvements.
  • Provide Expertise: Serve as a Salesforce specialist, providing expertise and insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with Test Leads and Managers to ensure alignment with broader objectives.
  • Develop Testing Strategy: Develop and execute the Salesforce testing strategy, test plans, and approaches for the organization.
  • Build and Manage Teams: Build and manage a Salesforce testing team, ensuring continuous development and performance improvements.
  • Review Deliverables: Review team deliverables and ensure alignment with client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture, implementation, and integration with other systems.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with Salesforce and deep understanding of its capabilities.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
  • Agile Environments: Proven experience working in Agile environments with Scrum teams.
  • Test Management: Strong background in Test Management, governance, and multi-vendor stakeholder management.
  • Tools and Technologies: Proficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and creating dashboards/dynamic reports.
