About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud Test Manager to lead our Salesforce transformation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our Salesforce testing initiatives, working closely with stakeholders, managing governance, and ensuring smooth execution of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Salesforce testing initiatives, working closely with stakeholders, managing governance, and ensuring smooth execution of complex projects.
  • Oversee multiple teams, both onsite and offshore, and be instrumental in shaping the testing strategy.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and teams to lead SFCC transformation within the testing space.
  • Develop and execute the SFCC testing strategy, test plans, and approaches for the organization.
  • Build and manage a Salesforce testing team, ensuring continuous development and performance improvements.
  • Drive software performance improvements through script/scenario reviews and execution enhancements.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of SFCC architecture, implementation, and integration with other systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and deep understanding of its capabilities.
  • Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments with Scrum teams.
  • Strong background in Test Management, governance, and multi-vendor stakeholder management.
  • Experience setting up Salesforce teams from the ground up.
