About the Role:

  • Lead the Salesforce Commerce Cloud transformation within the testing space, managing multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Develop and execute the Salesforce testing strategy, test plans, and approaches for the organization.
  • Build and manage a Salesforce testing team, ensuring continuous development and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with Test Leads and Managers to ensure alignment with broader objectives.
  • Drive software performance improvements through script/scenario reviews and execution enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture, implementation, and integration with other systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and deep understanding of its capabilities.
  • Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments with Scrum teams.
  • Strong background in Test Management, governance, and multi-vendor stakeholder management.
  • Experience setting up Salesforce teams from the ground up.
  • Proficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and creating dashboards/dynamic reports.
