Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud Transformation Lead to drive our Salesforce transformation projects. As a key member of our team, you will lead Salesforce testing initiatives, working closely with stakeholders, managing governance, and ensuring smooth execution of complex projects.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading Salesforce testing initiatives, managing multiple stakeholders and teams, and overseeing the development and execution of the Salesforce testing strategy. You will also serve as an SFCC specialist, providing expertise and insights to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce Transformation: Manage multiple stakeholders and teams to drive Salesforce transformation within the testing space.
  • Understand Salesforce Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand Salesforce transformation requirements through workshops and stakeholder sessions.
  • Drive Salesforce Design and Implementation: Develop and execute the SFCC design, implementation, and ensure end-to-end architecture functionality.
  • Serve as SFCC Specialist: Provide expertise and insights to our customers as an SFCC specialist.
  • Collaborate with Test Leads and Managers: Ensure alignment with broader objectives by collaborating with Test Leads and Managers.
  • Develop and Execute Testing Strategy: Develop and execute the SFCC testing strategy, test plans, and approaches for our organization.
  • Build and Manage Testing Team: Build and manage a Salesforce testing team, ensuring continuous development and performance improvements.
  • Review Team Deliverables: Review team deliverables and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
  • Drive Software Performance Improvements: Drive software performance improvements through script/scenario reviews and execution enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Strong Understanding of SFCC Architecture: Strong understanding of SFCC architecture, implementation, and integration with other systems.
  • Hands-on Experience with Salesforce: Hands-on experience with Salesforce and deep understanding of its capabilities.
  • Practical Experience with CI/CD Pipelines: Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
  • Proven Experience in Agile Environments: Proven experience working in Agile environments with Scrum teams.
  • Strong Background in Test Management: Strong background in Test Management, governance, and multi-vendor stakeholder management.
  • Experience Setting up Salesforce Teams: Experience setting up Salesforce teams from the ground up.
  • Proficient with Tools: Proficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and creating dashboards/dynamic reports.
