Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Civil/Structural Engineer to join our team at Costain Group Plc. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading multidiscipline teams in various stages of the project and life cycle on major contracts in the Energy Sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multidiscipline teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement design working practices and installation requirements of the discipline across a range of industries.
  • Champion Sustainability, Safety, Health, and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, communities, and the wider industry to deliver infrastructure fit for a better future.

Requirements

  • BEng MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering with 10 years+ experience.
  • Proven track record of leading multidiscipline teams in various stages of the project and life cycle on major contracts in the Energy Sector.
  • Good knowledge of design working practices and installation requirements of the discipline across a range of industries.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
