About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for luxury retail and a talent for coaching and developing others. As Assistant Boutique Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Boutique Manager in leading and developing the sales team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Creating and executing in-store events that drive sales and customer engagement
  • Coaching and mentoring sales advisors to achieve their full potential and succeed in their roles
  • Managing inventory, cash reconciliation, and other retail operations tasks
