We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Distribution Head to join our team at Allianz Trade. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a Northern Europe specific distribution strategy that drives profitable and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of a yearly marketing plan that aligns with our company's strategy
  • Execute distribution elements of our Confidence to be Bold strategy, ensuring seamless execution and effective channel management
  • Manage existing distribution channels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Develop new distribution channels, leveraging your expertise to expand our reach and customer base
  • Resolve channel conflicts in favor of Allianz Trade Group, ensuring a unified and effective distribution strategy
  • Coordinate changes to compensation schemes in line with our Group strategy, ensuring alignment and consistency
  • Share best practices, develop sales tools and training programs to enhance team performance
  • Govern all distribution functions on a regional and country level, ensuring effective management and oversight
  • Take personal responsibility for the implementation of reporting, Group Distribution rules, and service models
  • Acquire and manage top accounts, including the Deal Breakers process, and deliver the overall Commercial Budget
  • Interact regularly with top customers and partners in the region, building strong relationships and driving business growth
  • Contribute to productivity and efficiency topics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to build extensive networks with distribution partners, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth

  • Extensive travel required, with a focus on regional and international travel
