About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our Edinburgh office and lead our Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and wider impact assessment services. As a key member of our UK-wide team of environmental planners, you will be responsible for developing our portfolio of impact assessment projects in the energy sector and others.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in EIA and impact assessment, with experience in renewable energy and energy infrastructure projects. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, able to build and grow a team and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop our EIA and impact assessment services in the Edinburgh office
  • Build and grow a team of environmental planners and impact assessors
  • Develop and implement business strategies to grow our portfolio of impact assessment projects
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on EIA and impact assessment to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other teams across the company to deliver integrated services
