About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Geo-Environmental Engineer to join our team at Paddock Geo Engineering Limited. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a small team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support, and contributing to the growth and development of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and expertise in geo-environmental engineering, including site contamination assessments, site investigations, and remediation design.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and client liaison.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and contribute to the development of our company's technical capabilities.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree qualified in a relevant field, with a related Master's degree being advantageous.
  • Experience: Greater than 10 years of experience in geo-environmental engineering, with a strong track record of delivering projects and leading teams.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers.
  • Qualifications: Chartership with a relevant professional body, such as the Institution of Civil Engineers or the Geological Society.
