As a Hospital Director at our Woking Hospital, you will inspire and lead the hospital's leadership team and create a culture that embraces, embeds, and role models the 'We care' values & behaviours. This is a great opportunity for someone with commercial and/or clinical experience in independent healthcare.

As Registered Manager and a 'fit and proper person' as defined by the CQC, you will ensure continued development of external support networks and be accountable for meeting all CQC requirements, utilising and drawing on expertise within the relevant support functions where appropriate.

As our Hospital Director, you will be accountable for:
