About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse/RNLD to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Woking. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Conduct thorough assessments and observations to inform patient care and treatment
  • Work closely with the management team to improve service quality and outcomes
  • Administer medications in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines
