We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health (RMN) / Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Woking.

About the Role:

As a Registered Mental Health (RMN) / Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our service users. You will work closely with the management team to develop and improve our services, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and observations to inform care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individual care plans.
  • Administer medications safely and effectively, adhering to healthcare procedures and guidelines.
  • Participate in training and CPD to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our services, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
