We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health (RMN) / Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Woking.

Cygnet Hospital Woking, rated 'Good' by the CQC, offers a range of secure mental health services for men and women, as well as an Acute service. Our sister hospital, Cygnet Lodge Woking, provides a high dependency inpatient rehabilitation service and an Acute service for men, extending our care pathway.

  • Developing outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations.
  • Collaborating with the management team to improve service quality, audit, and develop the service.
  • Attending training and engaging in CPD to further your knowledge and promote nursing excellence.
  • Ensuring individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines, collectively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administering medicines within healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines.
