Job Advertisement: Electrical Site Manager

Location: Office or Site-Based

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Benefits: 22 days holiday, company vehicle, and potential for overtime

We are seeking an experienced Electrical professional to take on a leadership role within our dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical installation, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning: Ensure that each project is meticulously planned, with all necessary materials and resources available to meet deadlines.
  2. Health & Safety: Assist in the preparation and implementation of health and safety measures on all projects.
  3. Team Leadership: Accept responsibility for job completion, supervise operatives, and liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers as needed.
  4. Workload Management: Oversee your own workload and manage the electrical team and sub-contractors to ensure client commitments are met, even in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Flexible Working: Be prepared to work weekends or out-of-hours when required.
  6. Project Oversight: Oversee and manage small project work, including commissioning and testing electrical systems and issuing relevant certification.
  7. Quality Control: Ensure the electrical team adheres to the highest standards in all aspects of their work.
  8. Qualifications: NVQ Level 3, C&G 2391 Inspection and Testing certified, SMSTS training, and a full clean driving license.
  9. Personal Qualities: Hardworking with a willingness to travel.
