About the Role

At Webtures, we are seeking a highly skilled DAO Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing DAO frameworks that drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of strategic plans within the framework of Web3, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement algorithms and database analysis of crypto economy and technologies.
  • Ensure data security and integrity, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Work closely with internal and external projects to adapt to their operational and financial mechanics, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree from a related department of a university.
  • Have extensive experience in the field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain technology and industry trends, demonstrating a deep understanding of the Web3 landscape.
  • Be proficient in DeFi and NFT applications, with a strong analytical and practical approach.
  • Exhibit goal-oriented and solution-focused behavior, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and practical skills, with a disciplined and responsible approach to teamwork.
