The Role: Digital Insights Strategist
As a Digital Insights Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our clients' strategies by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. You will be responsible for leading client projects, conducting market research, analyzing trends, and developing actionable strategies that drive business growth.
Responsibilities:- Lead Dao Insights (Dao Pro) client projects, encompassing newsletters, in-depth research reports, and insights/trend workshops. Develop new products under the Dao brand and expand the Insights department.
- Stay abreast of China's evolving marketing landscape, consumer behavior, and industry trends, as well as the latest advancements in research methodologies (both primary and secondary).
- Collaborate on a diverse range of projects, including innovation tracking, consumer research, and trend forecasting. This involves in-depth exploration of various market sectors and requires strong analytical skills to articulate key insights and trends.
- Design, execute, and deliver market research initiatives while managing relationships with market research vendors. Investigate consumer trends and provide valuable insights to our clients.
- Understand clients' core business objectives, drivers, and hypotheses to deliver actionable insights and propose new areas for investigation.
- Ability to design and moderate focus groups is a plus.
- Contribute strategic direction for new business pitches, encompassing social media strategies, large-scale campaigns, and more.
- Maintain a client-centric approach by focusing on their business objectives throughout project execution, from brief writing to presentations.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop strategies that drive client success. Take ownership of client KPIs across the organization.
- Build and maintain client dashboards and reports that illustrate how key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics are evolving over time. Be responsible for client performance across all business areas.
- Partner with our creative and client teams to develop compelling, relevant creative briefs and leverage insights to inspire innovative ideas.
- Demonstrate exceptional intellectual curiosity and a passion for understanding people and cultures. Bring a unique perspective and inspire your colleagues with your expertise.
