We are a growing digital agency, Digital Silk, seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Strategist to lead our web strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating website strategies, leading design and development teams, and ensuring the best quality results for our clients.

Our ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in managing clients, internal design and development teams, and custom websites, eCommerce, and marketing projects. You should have a proven track record of creating and presenting website strategies from start to finish, as well as strong copywriting skills and the ability to effectively work with the sales team.

Our recruitment process includes a short questionnaire, a CV, and a short intro call with our Recruitment Director. We kindly ask for all correspondence to be in English.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create website strategies and present them to the client
  2. Lead website projects from concept to launch
  3. Give feedback to improve design and UX on each custom website project
  4. Update clients daily on progress and provide professional consultation to achieve the best results
  5. Ensure projects are set up properly in the project management tool and accounts are all up to date
  6. Work with marketing and development directors on ensuring the best quality results and overcoming any challenges
  7. Report to CEO on team performance and metric reports
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience leading website projects from concept to launch
  2. Over 5 years of experience managing clients as well as internal design and development teams on web projects
  3. Over 5 years experience in managing custom websites, eCommerce, and marketing projects
  4. Ability to create and present website strategies from start to finish
  5. Strong copywriting skills and creation of effective headlines
  6. Proven expertise in the digital space in coming up with solutions to overcome challenges
  7. Effectively work with the sales team to bring insights and ideas for prospective projects
