The Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Performance Marketing to spearhead our brand's growth and visibility. This pivotal leadership role requires a strategic, analytics-driven marketer proficient in marshalling teams towards achieving stellar results while driving marketing across high-end clients and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of top-tier performance marketing strategies, aiming for business expansion and revenue growth.
  • Pioneer robust digital marketing campaigns across a broad spectrum of channels, including SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Harness the power of analytics and performance metrics to refine campaign strategies continuously, ensuring optimal ROI and data-driven decision making.
  • Drive the engagement strategy for digital platforms critical to the cryptocurrency community, such as online forums and social media groups.
  • Engage institutional entities such as DAOs, Family Offices, and Crypto Treasuries, crafting targeted communication strategies that enhance investment prospects and build strong relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable success in performance marketing, with a particular emphasis on fintech or the cryptocurrency domain.
  • Expert analytical abilities, adept at data interpretation, spotting trends, and executing data-informed decisions.
  • Proficiency across various digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a knack for motivating teams and fostering cross-level collaboration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and its regulatory landscape.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar discipline, with an MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification viewed favourably.
