Integration & Systems Validation Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Systems Proving Engineer to join our Integration and Systems Validation team in the Air Defence domain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing trials, liaising with design teams, and generating trials documentation.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in system integration, design proving, and trials, as well as knowledge of MIL-STD-1553. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Planning and executing trials to ensure adequate trial data is acquired and design issues are resolved.
  2. Liaising with design teams to ensure trials are conducted efficiently and effectively.
  3. Generating trials documentation, including reports and presentations.
  4. Preparing and delivering internal and external Trials Readiness Reviews.
  5. Conducting post-trials data analysis and reporting.
  6. Supporting trials, including laboratory-based functional integration trials, ground-based trials, and environmental testing.

In addition, you will assist with lab management responsibilities, including maintaining risk assessments, asset management, and lab safety.
