About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration and System Validation Engineer to join our team in Stevenage. As a key member of our Integration and Systems Validation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration and validation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our systems engineering team and design teams to plan and execute trials, ensuring that all necessary data is acquired and design issues are resolved.
  • Conduct post-trials data analysis and reporting, providing valuable insights to inform future system development.
  • Support laboratory-based functional integration trials, system trials, and environmental testing programs, including BIT testing and collation of trials conduct reports.
  • Assist with lab management responsibilities, such as maintaining risk assessments, asset management, and lab safety.
  • Collaborate with our design teams to maintain hardware and software configuration control, ensuring that all systems are properly integrated and validated.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in systems integration and validation, with a strong understanding of MIL-STD-1553.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
