About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration and System Validation Engineer to join our team at Electus Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the integration and validation of complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with systems engineering teams to plan and execute trials, ensuring seamless integration and validation of systems.
  2. Liaise with design teams to investigate and resolve design issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to projects.
  3. Conduct post-trials data analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights to inform future development and improvement.
  4. Support laboratory-based functional integration trials, generating electrical tests and software proving tests to meet Proving Requirements.
  5. Assist with environmental testing programs, including BIT testing and collation of trials conduct reports.
  6. Support ground trials within compatibility testing labs and trials sites, ensuring successful integration and validation of systems.
  7. Generate and monitor non-conformances within SAP, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to projects.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with lab management responsibilities, including risk assessments, asset management, and lab safety.
  2. Maintain hardware and software configuration control, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  3. Support electronic design and testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in systems integration and validation, with a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in software and hardware configuration control, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
