We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst to join our Private Credit Team at Hayfin Capital Management. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the support and scalability of our business lines and strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Agency Business Support: Provide comprehensive support to all aspects of our Hayfin Agency business, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of results.
- Deal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient deal activity, including the compilation of daily cash ladders for the Treasury Team.
- Debt Liability Management: Reconcile debt liability management facilities in systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
- Settlement and Reconciliation: Ensure timely and accurate settlement of all asset classes, including daily cash and position reconciliations.
- Asset Servicing: Oversee fund asset servicing, including administration, reporting, and compliance, to ensure the highest level of quality and integrity.
- Payment Processing: Handle payment processing and approvals, ensuring efficient and secure transactions.
- Relationship Management: Manage relationships with 3rd parties, overseeing their performance based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity and quality of data processed by the team, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
- Project Participation: Participate in team or firmwide projects, contributing to the development and implementation of new processes and initiatives.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate adaptability to changing conditions, with a focus on effective management of deliverables and deadlines.
- Operational Knowledge: Possess operational knowledge in all asset class operations and settlement, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools like Power Bi and Qlik.
- Technical Proficiency: Exhibit technical proficiency with attention to detail and strong decision-making skills, with experience in systems/applications such as Excel, Bloomberg, and Asset Servicing Systems.
- Communication Skills: Possess effective communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrate problem-solving skills aligned with business direction and strategy, with a focus on risk management and compliance expertise.
