Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Order Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing bus, coach, and truck orders, maintaining records and systems, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with colleagues and customers to process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and systems, requiring attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Communicate regularly with the factory to ensure timely order delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
