We are seeking two full-time Specialty Doctors to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) Outpatient team in NHS Tayside. Candidates with expertise in either psychiatry or neurodevelopmental pediatrics are encouraged to apply. Part-time positions will also be considered.

Your Role:

  • Provide patient-centered care to children and young people experiencing mental health challenges or neurodevelopmental disorders, collaborating within a multidisciplinary CAMHS team.
  • Deliver assessments and treatment services tailored to the specific needs of each individual, contributing to the holistic well-being of our patients.

About NHS Tayside:

NHS Tayside serves a population of 415,000, with approximately 20% under the age of 18. Our CAMHS team provides comprehensive mental health and neurodevelopmental support for children and young people up to the age of 18, with plans to expand services to encompass individuals up to 18 years old.

Tayside is home to Dundee, a vibrant city situated on the north bank of the Tay River. Dundee offers a thriving arts scene and easy access to other major Scottish cities like Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Aberdeen.
