Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Are you a dynamic and innovative individual with a passion for building relationships and driving sales growth? We're seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Avidity, representing a world-renowned technology brand.

Job Summary:

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, including John Lewis, Curry's, and mobile phone retailers. You will lead both physical and virtual visits with retail staff, training them on the latest innovations and providing valuable retailer insight to drive product sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
  • Lead physical and virtual visits with retail staff
  • Provide training and support to retail staff on the latest innovations
  • Collect and analyze retailer feedback to inform sales strategies

Requirements:
  • Experience working in a retail environment or excelling at KPIs
  • Previous experience supporting or representing a brand
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points or previous bans
