About the Role:

As a CRM Business Systems Consultant, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party partners to elicit and document requirements, create clear and detailed business and functional requirement documents, and analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure they align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements
  • Own the Sales/CRM system requirements
  • Create clear and detailed business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs)
  • Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure they align with business objectives
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the commercial/technical teams
  • Ensure the As is - To be is delivered by the partner, RQ's are met by their functional/technical process and challenged
  • Ensure UAT/system testing meets all the RQ's + needs of the programme RQ's
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CRM Business Systems Analyst or CRM Consultant at enterprise
  • Been involved in the implementation of a number of complex enterprise CRM transformations
  • Lead to Opportunity including opportunity management, account and contact management, pipeline management, renewals management, sales forecasting, bid/tender management
  • Multinational implementations in multiple countries, currencies, time zones, languages etc ideally of interest
