Position Overview:
Role: Customer Service and Sales Coordinator
Pay Rate: £12 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours (between 6 and 8 hours per day) from 07:30 to 17:30
Contract Duration: Initial 3-month term
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer support to various stakeholders
- Handling incoming calls from both new and existing clients
- Processing orders and ensuring product availability
- Communicating effectively with internal and external parties
- Resolving queries efficiently
- Guiding stakeholders to appropriate resources for unresolved issues
- Addressing complaints promptly and effectively
- Inputting data into IT systems accurately
Required Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing administrative position
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in IT, particularly with MS Office
- Familiarity with internal IT systems
- Confident and professional telephone communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
All candidates will undergo standard vetting checks, including right to work verification, medical assessments, and reference checks.
