- Customer Service: Provide first-class customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks such as issuing contracts, sending and replying to emails, typing letters, and booking appointments.
- Organizational Skills: Organize and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, Fire and Security Engineers, and management, providing regular updates on job status and progress.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Administrative Experience: Have previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the fire and security industry.
- Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as the ability to use bespoke software CRM packages.
