£96 Per Hour (PAYE) umbrella option available
Working Schedule: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00
The role involves coordinating, managing, and addressing complaints related to housing compliance issues, ensuring the establishment of safer and more cohesive communities.
The successful candidate must be willing to travel across various locations as required and should reside within a reasonable distance to facilitate prompt responses to requests.
Regular interaction with complainants and their representatives regarding housing-related grievances is essential.The position requires collaboration with partner organizations such as law enforcement, legal representatives, social services, and other relevant entities, including community groups and local council services, to effectively resolve issues of harassment and nuisance. Participation in case discussions and multi-agency meetings will be necessary.
The role also entails engaging in proactive community initiatives and events alongside partner organizations to foster stronger and safer neighborhoods, while building trust and confidence among residents.
Candidates should possess relevant professional experience in similar frontline roles, demonstrating ongoing professional development.A valid UK or EU manual driving license is required, and the candidate must maintain this license throughout their employment.
Knowledge of current issues impacting public safety, community welfare, and local governance is essential.
A minimum of one year’s experience in a comparable frontline role within community safety, consumer protection, or regulatory enforcement is required, particularly in a diverse urban environment facing various social challenges.
