We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Project Support Specialist. As a key member of our Specialist Housing Team, you will play a vital role in providing support and intensive housing management services to customers who have come through the homeless pathway.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice, support, and intensive housing management services to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work flexibly in accommodation-based and community settings, responding to the demands of the role and working collaboratively with colleagues.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of housing management strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, particularly in areas related to housing and support services.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vulnerable individuals and groups.
- Demonstrable experience of working with vulnerable people, or a commitment to personal development within the workplace.
- Good knowledge of housing and support-related work, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing demands and priorities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
