ROLE OVERVIEW


The Diversity and Development Advisor will play a crucial role in advancing our commitment to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.

The ideal candidate will assist the Head of People Development & Diversity and the Learning & Development team in designing and implementing strategies that foster equality, diversity, and professional growth throughout the organization.

Responsibilities include evaluating the effectiveness of these initiatives, facilitating training sessions to enhance cultural awareness, and serving as the primary contact for management and staff on related issues.

Moreover, the advisor will analyze workforce demographics to inform people development, recruitment practices, ensure compliance with legal standards, and collaborate with various departments to cultivate an inclusive culture, championing these values at all organizational levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred, and experience with HR systems would be a significant advantage.
