Children's Care Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Children's Manager to oversee the care and well-being of children in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a background in nursing and experience in managing child care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement care plans for children in line with regulatory standards.
- Provide leadership and supervision to staff members to ensure high-quality care.
- Coordinate with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to meet the needs of the children.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care.
- Previous experience in dementia care, nursing homes, assisted living, or home care settings.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on delivering excellent child care.
