About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partner Sales Executive to join our team at UST. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new revenue growth through strategic partner sales activities in the Telecom sector in the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for driving sales through key ecosystem partners
  • Manage and execute partner management, lead identification, qualification, and education to build a strong partner sales pipeline
  • Build relationships with current and prospective partners for joint GTM and mutually beneficial wins
  • Understand the Telecom partner ecosystem, market trends, customer drivers, and communicate the UST approach and value proposition to partners and customers
  • Manage revenue targets and deliver on partner and account plans
  • Partner with hybrid teams internally to develop market intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in partner sales/sales within new accounts within the cloud and digital transformation domain
  • Experience of selling into the Telecommunication sector with/through partners
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills with a talent for compelling storytelling and the ability to make the complex simple
  • Good understanding of digital transformation and competitors in the space
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
  • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels
