About the Role

The Thrive Team is seeking a skilled Recruitment Researcher to join our team. As a Recruitment Researcher, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to delight our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise advanced sourcing techniques and pre-screening processes to identify and attract the best candidates for our clients.
  • Research target organisations and utilise Boolean search techniques to refine and optimise candidate searches.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for various positions.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track and report on key sourcing metrics and provide insights for process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Researcher or in a similar role.
  • Expertise in Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • A working knowledge of GDPR and data management.

This role is ideally full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) with a minimum of 3 days working within the office or part-time (minimum 30 hours per week) could be considered.
