About the Role

The Thrive Team is seeking a skilled Recruitment Researcher to join our team. As a Recruitment Researcher, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to delight our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and pre-screening processes to identify and attract the best candidates for our clients.
  • Research target organisations and utilise recruitment ATS, CV databases and job boards to source potential candidates.
  • Employ Boolean search techniques to refine and optimise candidate searches.
  • Keep abreast of new sourcing techniques and tools to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Researcher or in a similar role.
  • Required Skills:
    • Proficiency in using UK recruitment CV databases and job boards.
    • Expertise in Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
    • Confident over the phone and can build rapport quickly.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    • A working knowledge of GDPR and data management.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is desirable.

This role is ideally fulltime Mon - Fri (37.5 hours) with a min of 3 days working within the office or Part time min 30 hours per week could be considered. If you feel that you have the relevant skills and experience, we would like to hear from you.
