About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Researcher to join our team at The Thrive Team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for finding top talent to delight our clients by utilising advanced sourcing techniques and pre-screening processes to identify and attract the best candidates for our clients.

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilise recruitment ATS, CV databases and job boards to source potential candidates.
  • Research target organisations to identify key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Employ Boolean search techniques to refine and optimise candidate searches.

Pre-screening Candidates:

  • Contact candidates via phone and email to assess interest and to book screening interviews.

Database Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Maintain accurate data on target organisations.
  • Work with our service providers to get the best out of our researching functions.

Compliance:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data protection and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Researcher or in a similar role.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in using UK recruitment CV databases and job boards.
  • Confident over the phone and can build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • A working knowledge of GDPR and data management.

This role is ideally full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) with a minimum of 3 days working within the office or part-time, minimum 30 hours per week, could be considered.
