About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Researcher to join our team at The Thrive Team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for finding top talent to delight our clients by utilising advanced sourcing techniques and pre-screening processes to identify and attract the best candidates for our clients.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilise recruitment ATS, CV databases and job boards to source potential candidates.
- Research target organisations to identify key decision-makers and influencers.
- Employ Boolean search techniques to refine and optimise candidate searches.
Pre-screening Candidates:
- Contact candidates via phone and email to assess interest and to book screening interviews.
Database Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Maintain accurate data on target organisations.
- Work with our service providers to get the best out of our researching functions.
Compliance:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data protection and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Researcher or in a similar role.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in using UK recruitment CV databases and job boards.
- Confident over the phone and can build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- A working knowledge of GDPR and data management.

This role is ideally full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) with a minimum of 3 days working within the office or part-time, minimum 30 hours per week, could be considered.
