Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Coordinator to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our senior leadership team, manage complex projects, and coordinate global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements for senior leadership team members
  • Coordinate team meetings, functions, and events
  • Oversee project progress, track actions, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives
  • Communicate with global teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment and progress
  • Prepare presentation materials, reports, and other documents to support senior leadership
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Plan and execute domestic and international training, conferences, and special events
  • Maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
