We are currently seeking a

Goods Receipt/Store Operations Specialist

This is a permanent role based at our operational site.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage all facets of store operations, overseeing the receipt of incoming goods and performing various stock management tasks, specifically using internal computer systems for comprehensive inventory oversight. Your role will ensure that manufacturing areas are adequately supplied to meet operational demands.

As a Store Operations Specialist, your duties will include:

Unloading shipments utilizing a Forklift truck Transferring components from the main storage area to production zones Processing incoming stock Locating inventory, issuing items, conducting stock counts, etc. Collaborating with production supervisors and staff regarding daily requirements and challenges Performing general picking tasks Managing outbound shipments Adhering to team KPIs to regulate processes and essential materials Maintaining overall cleanliness and organization

Qualifications

Demonstrable, verifiable experience in a comparable position A valid, clean driving license is mandatory A current Counterbalance Forklift Truck license is required Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Proficient in computer use and numeracy Physically capable of fulfilling the role's demands A meticulous and diligent approach with a solid work ethic
