Warehouse Operations Specialist
This is a permanent role based at our facility.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will oversee all facets of warehouse operations, ensuring the effective management of incoming goods and other inventory control tasks, particularly utilizing in-house computer systems for comprehensive inventory management. You will ensure that manufacturing areas are adequately supplied according to demand.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Unloading shipments using a Forklift truck Transferring components from the main warehouse to production areas Processing incoming stock Managing stock locations, issuing, conducting stock counts, etc. Collaborating with manufacturing supervisors and staff regarding daily requirements and challenges Performing general picking duties Coordinating outbound shipments Working towards team KPIs to manage processes and essential materials Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspaceQualifications
Demonstrable, verifiable experience in a similar capacity A valid, clean driving license is mandatory A current Counterbalance Forklift Truck license is essential Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Proficient in computer usage and numeracy Physically capable of performing the duties required A meticulous and diligent approach with a strong work ethicWhy Join Us?
