Supply Chain Coordination Limited is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our dynamic team during a transformative phase, dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The Accounts Receivable Associate will undertake a variety of essential tasks, including the assessment of incoming documents and managing records. Responsibilities will encompass the registration and verification of all payment and receipt processes, as well as overseeing the commitments related to payments and receipts. The role also involves engaging with external stakeholders to pursue outstanding debts and managing customer accounts effectively. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team implementing advanced financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely allocation and processing of daily customer cash receipts. Optimize cash flow while minimizing overdue debts. Foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams to enhance debt collection efforts. Analyze customer data to identify potential risks and mitigate exposure. Deliver accurate and timely updates on customer account statuses to support informed business decisions and manage expectations. Provide assistance to team members as needed.
