Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Confirm patient and carer details with healthcare professionals
  • Follow up with patients to ensure their expectations are met
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals and GP surgeries
  • Provide high levels of customer excellence to patients and healthcare professionals
  • Arrange patient deliveries and answer enquiries
  • Use our internal database to log patient and healthcare professional communication
  • Manage daily workload as delegated by Team Leader
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Meet internal targets
